About Our Sodas

For more than 20 years, Otto’s sodas have been handcrafted at our brewery in State College, Pennsylvania. Each recipe was developed by our owner, Charlie, with one goal in mind: creating the kind of flavorful soda that takes you back to childhood.

Lightly bubbly and made for all generations, Otto’s sodas are just as fitting at the family dinner table as they are behind the bar. Enjoy them straight from the bottle, pour them over ice, or use them to add a playful, nostalgic twist to cocktails and mocktails. Today, they can be found at independent retailers, regional grocery stores, and Fine Wine & Good Spirits locations throughout Pennsylvania.

Birch Beer

Earthy, slightly sweet, and distinctly different, our birch beer has a smooth flavor and a clean, refreshing finish. It’s a Pennsylvania favorite with a nostalgic character all its own.

Raspberry Cream Soda

Tart raspberry meets the soft, velvety sweetness of a classic cream soda. Fruity and indulgent without feeling too heavy, it’s part refreshing soda and part dessert-like treat.

Grape Soda
